My preferred CMS is PHP-Fusion v7, which was first released on 11 Aug 2008 (hey... my birthday),
and which was last updated way back on 18 June 2013, that version being v7.02.07.
Since then, the developers of PHP-Fusion changed; the new developers abandoned PHP-Fusion v7, and took PHP-Fusion in a completely different & horendous direction.
Unfortunately, PHP-Fusion v7.02.07 was written for PHP v5 and MySQL v5.
However, PHP is now up to v8, and MySQL is now also up to v8, but PHP-Fusion v7.02.07 works with neither of them.
Enter 2 people over in Germany, who have brought PHP-Fusion v7.02.07 up-to-date, allowing it to work on PHP v8 and MySQL v8:
Note that both their websites are in German, but you can translate their websites from German into your own language using something like Google Translate, etc.
This page & website is maintained for compatibility using

secure web browsers, at a resolution of 1920*1080 (4K monitor: 3840*2160 @ 200%) or greater.
Less than that, and/or not using
